Job requirements
- Completed higher education – minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent computer literacy: Word, Excel (functions: /sum/, /if/, /vlookup/, /conditional formatting/, tables and filters), Outlook
- Experience with commercial/ERP software is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and precision
Language
- High level of written and spoken Bulgarian
- Very good command of English
Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce platforms
- Product knowledge, including brands and items
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Negotiate with suppliers and source competitive prices
- Update offers and report to management
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Identify new sourcing channels
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and traders
- Update and manage the customer database
- Resolve issues arising from day-to-day tasks
- Prepare reports on performance metrics
