Backoffice Information Security Analyst with Arabic or Danish (Hybrid)

For one of our clients – a top innovator in digital solutions and AI automation, optimizing
global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for
– Backoffice Information Security Analyst with Arabic or Danish (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver top-notch chat support in Arabic or Danish, ensuring a great customer experience;
*Review and assess digital content to ensure it follows platform safety standards;
*Investigate and resolve user reports related to security or guideline violations;
*Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and boost user satisfaction;
*Keep accurate logs of all user interactions and resolved cases;
*Be flexible to work rotating day and night shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Arabic or Danish, plus solid English communication skills;
*Sharp eye for detail and a critical mindset when evaluating online content;
*Background in customer service, content moderation, or digital safety is a plus;
*Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting;
*Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude;
*Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
