
Brand & Marketing Strategist
Our client is a leading platform for gift vouchers for experiences in Bulgaria, focused on emotional value, authenticity and a wide variety of adventures. From kayaking in Bulgaria and yachting on Lake Iskar, to scuba diving in Greece, paragliding and adventures with motorcycles or camels – they are there to fulfill every wish, no matter how incredible they may seem.
Due to business expansion and the need for a clearer communication identity, we are looking for a key figure to join their team and elevate the brand in the public space.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Actively participates in developing an overall marketing strategy in collaboration with the manager, the internal marketing specialist and external agencies;
- Initiates, coordinates and leads the creation of a clear brand and communication strategy – together with the manager, the internal marketing specialist and external agencies;
- Prepares and formulates clear briefs for campaigns (seasonal, product, brand) to be executed by external teams;
- Proposes ideas for initiatives, themes, and channels with growth potential (e.g. new types of content, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, blog formats, etc.);
- Assists in building a marketing calendar aligned with business goals, seasonal holidays and the product cycle;
- Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of campaigns (including via Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO reports, etc.) and suggests improvements;
Public Representation and PR:
- Represents the company in media appearances, events, interviews, influencer partnerships and other public formats;
- Builds a network of partnerships with podcasts, journalists, influencers and media platforms;
- Organizes and conducts interviews with service providers (pilots, instructors, etc.) to be published on social media/blogs with the aim of increasing trust and value;
- Builds brand presence on external websites, media, and event formats – from guest post proposals to live appearances;
B2B Communication:
- Meets with HR teams of medium and large companies and presents the company as an innovative partner for corporate gifts and benefits programs;
- Participates in the creation of offers and communication materials targeted at B2B partners;
- Works jointly with the manager on the strategic development of the corporate line of the business;
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, communications, brand management and PR;
- Proven track record in developing brand strategies and public brand representation;
- Strong communication and public speaking skills;
- Experience with influencer marketing, creating briefs and managing external contractors;
- Strategic planning skills and quick adaptability in a competitive environment;
- Knowledge in digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO and performance marketing;
- Confident and professional presence in B2B meetings, business forums and presentations;
