WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Carrier Implementation Specialist, you and your colleagues play an important role in meeting the departments goals.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Identifying, creating and delivering technical IT requirements and clarifications
- Participate in and coordinate testing of IT implementations of carriers
- Coordinate carrier implementations with stakeholders
- Communicate changes, to new and existing carriers, to relevant stakeholders
- Collect business and carrier requirements for smooth IT implementation
- Maintain and expand knowledge of carrier and logistics systems to support supply chain optimization
- Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across carrier partners
- Document carrier processes and IT flows

Your base will be in the Distribution Center in Brozhuriste. As the position is international, 20-40 travel days a year is expected.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, and project participation.
- Have been part of a scrum team or similar.
- Proven experience in identifying and documenting business requirements.
Skills:
- Strong communicative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools.
- Experience working with carrier IT is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Background in IT, freight forwarding or related fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
