💶 Salary: from €2100 net + bonuses (depending on experience and German level)

🔪 Main Responsibilities:

• Independently manage your assigned kitchen station

• Lead and coordinate your team

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef

• Take part in menu planning and design

• Receive and control deliveries

• Ensure high-quality food standards

• Comply with hygiene and HACCP regulations

🎯 What We Expect:

• Completed culinary education

• Several years of experience in a fine dining or high-class kitchen

• Good command of German

• Solid knowledge of European / French cuisine

• Creativity, responsibility, and independence

• Understanding of HACCP standards
