For one of our clients, а leader in strategic investments, focusing on high-potential markets to
deliver market-leading returns, we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer  – Real Estate
Investment Company.

Responsibilities:
*Provide strategic direction and oversight for the company’s real estate investments and
operations in Bulgaria;
*Design and execute business development plans to support long-term growth objectives;
*Guarantee adherence to all applicable laws, financial standards, and operational protocols;
*Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, partners, and other external entities;
*Track financial results, assess risks, and identify opportunities for performance
improvement;
*Build, mentor, and lead local teams to ensure strong leadership and organizational resilience.

Qualifications:
*Senior management experience around 6-8 years in financial leadership, investment
oversight, or corporate strategy;
*In-depth expertise in real estate management and development for at least 3 years;
*Strong ability to analyze complex issues and make sound, timely decisions;
*Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels;
*Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
*Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of independence and responsibility.
