For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are
looking for - Client Support Advisor with English (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide customer support via voice calls, email or social media;
*Help with account questions, product info, and basic technical issues (mainly in telecom
services);
*Ensure a positive experience in every interaction;
*Follow up on open cases and make sure issues are resolved on time;
*Update customer data accurately in the system;
*Work with other teams to solve more complex problems when needed.
Requirements:
*Fluent English - written and spoken, including phone support;
* Good communication and listening skills;
*Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools;
*Friendly and calm under pressure;
*Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus, but not required.
