Customer Care Coordinator with Dutch language

Main responsibilities:
Handle calls regarding outstanding balances, direct debit account modifications;
Manage email and ticket requests for updates on the account information;
Provide top-notch customer service with high standards of accuracy;

Job requirements:
• Fluency in any of
Dutch language B2/C1
• Working level of English (B1/B2) is preferred;

• Ability to work from an office in Sofia.
