Customer Service Expert with Czech or Slovak or Azerbaijan and English

For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Service Expert
with Czech or Slovak or Azerbeidjan and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers via calls, emails, or chats in a friendly and clear way;
*Resolve basic product, service, or order inquiries quickly and professionally;
*Escalate complex cases to the right teams when needed;
*Keep accurate records of all customer interactions;
*Suggest relevant products or services when appropriate.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Czech, Slovak, or Azerbaijani and good English;
*Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
*Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems;
*Organized, able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure;
*Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
