Customer Support Representative with German or Danish or Norwegian with English (Remote)

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Representative
with German or Danish or Norwegian with English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
*Assist with money transfer-related issues or escalate when needed;
*Ensure timely and accurate responses to all client requests;
*Communicate with B2B clients in a professional manner;
*Follow company procedures and maintain service quality;
*Log and track customer interactions using internal tools.

Requirements:
*Fluency in German, Danish, or Norwegian (B2-C1 level);
*Good command of English for internal communication and training;
*Previous customer support experience is a plus;
*Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work remotely and independently.
