Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, primarily in the areas of sales, inventory, store operations, and customer service.
- Support the design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead the full-cycle ERP implementation: from gap analysis and solution design, through configuration and data migration, to testing, training, and go-live.
- Act as a key contact for end-users during the implementation and stabilization phases, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
- Document business processes, configuration, and user instructions as part of project delivery.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience with ERP systems — either as a consultant or advanced user; experience with Dynamics 365 BC/NAV is not a must.
- Familiarity with retail business processes and store technology infrastructure.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Proficient in English and MS Excel.
