Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for clients after ERP system go-live, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and adoption.
- Provide functional support to corporate clients in their daily operations across finance, procurement, and logistics.
- Proactively identify recurring issues or areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their needs and support their growth over time.
Requirements:
- University degree in a related field.
- Experience with functionally supporting and navigating an ERP system (as user, key user, or in support).
- Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, or supply chain.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset toward learning and problem-solving.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
