For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – HR Specialist – People and Culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Drive smooth and compliant HR operations by managing employee data, contracts,
promotions, and all key HR documentation with accuracy and care;
*Be a trusted partner to managers and employees, offering clear guidance on HR policies,
performance topics, and employee relations matters;
*Keep our HRIS (e.g., HiBob) up to date, ensuring data integrity and supporting insightful HR
reporting that helps leaders make informed decisions;
*Create a seamless employee experience by coordinating onboarding, supporting engagement
activities, monitoring probation, and managing offboarding processes;
*Take an active role in HR projects, helping to improve policies, streamline processes, and
support digitalisation and automation initiatives;
*Work closely with HR leadership and business teams to provide strategic input, support
change initiatives, and contribute to a positive, people-focused culture.
Requirements:
*Background in an HR generalist or HR specialist role within a dynamic, international
organisation, with a passion for delivering high-quality HR support;
*Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation and hands-on experience managing
employee relations cases with professionalism and fairness;
*Confidence working with HR systems (such as HiBob) and a strong ability to analyse data
and prepare meaningful HR reports;
*Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English, with the ability to build trust,
offer guidance, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
*A detail-oriented, discreet, and well-organised approach, especially when working with
sensitive information and multiple priorities;
*A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative attitude, thriving in cross-functional
teamwork with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Employee Experience.
