Implementation Consultant with Turkish and English (Hybrid)

For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue
expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we
are looking for an Implementation Consultant with Turkish and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:
* Guide clients through smooth onboarding and setup of software solutions;
* Build strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings;
* Track client progress and ensure successful product adoption;
* Log interactions and manage support tickets via CRM tools;
* Provide expert advice and best practices for product use.

Qualifications:
* 2–3 years of experience in BPO or client support;
* Fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written;
* Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Great communicator with strong organizational skills;
* Experience with CRM systems and a consultative mindset.
