About this role:
We are looking for a driven, talented individual to join our fast-paced team. This person will have the exciting opportunity to shape, develop and grow partnerships with our restaurant partners.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Overall ownership of the day-to-day account management of all aspects of a number of restaurant/grocery Partners (portfolio)
- Daily communication (mainly by phone and email) with our restaurant/grocery Partners (managers/owners)
- Active sale of paid positioning, negotiation of discounts, loyalty programs and other tools that can improve our partners' performance
- Responsible for the onboarding process of all newly signed restaurant/grocery partners, ensuring that they are optimized for success.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with our restaurant/grocery partners ensuring resolution of issues
- Analysis of our restaurant/grocery Partners results - menu, discounts, working hours, delivery fee, etc, aimed at increasing profits/number of orders
- Participation and support in ongoing projects related to marketing activities, development of the portal and tools for clients
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments (including delivery operations, customer service, marketing, product team etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, trends and the competitive landscape.
What will you bring to the table?
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or account management within a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills
- Strong motivation to complete assigned tasks
- Comfortable with data and data analysis as well as the ability to interpret them and use them in sales activities
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations
- Well organized - able to prioritize and manage multiple workloads
- Native Bulgarian and English on level B1, both written and spoken
- Ease in building relationships, communication skills and high personal culture
- Ability to work in a group, positive attitude and high energy to work
- The ability to quickly absorb information and implement new solutions in your daily work
