Job scope/summary:
Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Manages customer project delivery.
- Revenue as detailed in Impact section.
- Small to medium /straightforward/ local scope.
- Low risk straightforward legal and commercial issues.
- Manages project financials including P&L.
- Meets or exceeds Deal Review approved budgets.
- Provides reliable financial forecasts to the management.
- Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project.
- Acts as opportunity manager for low risk deals.
- Manages client relationships.
- Manages first level to mid-level client delivery relationships.
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
- Manages project team.
- Provides performance feedback for team members.
- Customer satisfaction

- SET Operations
- Business approvers, functional reviewers, sales, and bid/project team
External:
- Customer Project Managers, Sales and Procurement departments
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- First Level University degree.
- 1+ years of Professional Experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.
Knowledge and Skills
- Compliance with Open Text processes and procedures
- In-depth understanding of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
- Customer satisfaction
Complexity
- Works on straightforward projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of several factors.
- Delivers projects usually affecting one client division.
- Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a small to medium one function, multi-vendor project team or sub- project of a larger project.
- Project is typically in one location.
- Manages projects with reasonable client deadlines.
