Senior Customer Service Advisor with German or Dutch or Hebrew (Remote)

For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Senior Customer Service
Advisor with German or Dutch, or Hebrew (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email;
*Resolve customer inquiries, including basic technical issues, quickly and efficiently;
*Use internal tools and systems to track and manage support tickets;
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex cases;
*Share insights and suggestions to improve service processes and customer experience

Requirements:
*Fluency in German or Dutch, or Hebrew, plus good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service (B2C or B2B);
*Comfortable working with CRM systems or support platforms;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work fully remotely.
