For one of our clients - а corporation provides customer and information management
solutions, including different software and systems, we are looking for a Technical Customer
Support Agent with Turkish and English.
Responsibilities:
*Assist customers in resolving technical issues with Microsoft productivity tools;
*Manage inquiries via email ticketing system and make follow-up calls when needed;
*Troubleshoot common problems related to collaboration and communication apps;
*Collaborate with colleagues to handle more complex technical challenges;
*Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately;
*Keep learning about updates and features to provide better assistance.
Qualifications:
*Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications;
*Familiarity with tools like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and similar apps;
*Comfortable communicating with customers by email and phone;
*Good at identifying problems and finding simple solutions;
*Excellent Turkish language and very good English skills;
*Positive attitude and eagerness to help others.
