For one of our clients - a pioneer in Technology and Operations, offering expert Advisory and
Solutions, backed by the world’s most extensive advanced tech infrastructure, we are looking
for – Vendor Integration Support Specialist with German (standard shifts) HYBRID.

Responsibilities:
*Contact business clients by phone on a daily basis to offer assistance or information;
*Handle customer communication through email in a professional and helpful manner;
*Support clients in understanding how to improve or expand their account features;
*Accurately input and update customer information in the system;
*Follow established company procedures and guidelines in all tasks.

Qualifications:
*Fluency in German and a good command of English;
*Confidence in working with people and resolving their issues;
*Previous experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus;
*Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment;
*Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to processes.
