They are also keen to support IT developments, testing, and implementation of GIS or ERP modules, which would enable better measurement, monitoring, and policy compliance in these domains.
Currently, they specialize in projects for the LIFE Programme and are looking to attract a motivated administrative assistant to support the processing and administration of the related data, documents, and project-related materials. It is a full-time position for the city of Sofia, which allows a hybrid home-office option. Administrative Assistant (European Projects)
Responsibilities:
· Participate in the sourcing, processing, and evaluating of information related to funding opportunities for projects under European programs.
· Assist in managing, reporting, and documenting ongoing European projects.
· Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations, to communicate with stakeholders and partners.
· Performs various administrative and coordination tasks when working with various governmental or private institutions, and foreign partners.
· Supports project teams in conducting research, data analysis, and project planning activities.
Requirements:
· University degree in some of the following fields of study: Economy, Energy, Business Administration or European Studies;
· Previous administrative and technical experience in supporting European projects;
· Good technical skills for formatting complex text, numeric and/or tabular data;
· Excellent organizational and time management skills;
· Capacity to work within a short timeframe;
· Advanced English language proficiency;
