Application Support Engineer L3
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and reproduce customer issues, analyze logs, traces, and dumps, and file bug reports with Engineering.
- Act as a product and platform expert, advising on APIs, integrations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-priority technical issues and coordinate timely fixes.
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide responsive, customer-focused support while managing multiple technical requests.
- Monitor platform health using tools like Datadog and escalate issues as needed.
- Work US hours (approx. 16:00–00:00 EET).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Application or Technical Support for enterprise clients.
- Strong experience with SQL/relational databases, Linux environments, and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs) and enterprise application debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
