  • Job requirements

    • A completed university degree is an advantage

    • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook); minimum intermediate Excel skills (e.g., SUMIF, ROUND, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, filters, tables, pivot tables)

    • Experience with sales software is an advantage

    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork abilities

    • Precision and strong administrative skills – good organization in working with files and reports


       

  • Language

    • High level of written and spoken Bulgarian

    • Basic  command of English

  • Responsibilities

    • Work with e-commerce platforms

    • Familiarity with products and brands

    • Inventory control and stock management

    • Daily communication with the "Purchasing", "Finance", "Accounting", and "Logistics" departments

    • Processing of incoming offers received by email

    • Processing orders placed by the Purchasing department and monitoring their execution

    • Updating the customer database

    • Resolving problematic situations
