B2B Advisor with Dutch

Main responsibilities:
• Providing voice, email & chat support to business travelers;
• Finding the best solution for their flight, train, hotel, or other booking needs;
• Guiding customers through processes and offering in-depth support;
• Providing assistance and interaction with other departments of the company.

Job requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch  (written and spoken);
• Experienced in Customer Support;
• Кnow how to prioritize your tasks and manage your time efficiently;
• Very good at MS Office knowledge.
