For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are
looking for – B2B Sales Customer Success Representative with German (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Serve as a trusted advisor for B2B clients via phone and email, building strong, long-term relationships;
*Support business customers on a leading global online payments platform, assisting with
digital transfers and payment solutions;
*Handle account, transaction, and service inquiries with confidence, providing accurate and timely solutions;
*Showcase platform features and services clearly, helping clients understand the value and
benefits they offer;
*Identify client needs and proactively suggest tailored solutions and complimentary add-ons;
*Drive business growth by combining a consultative approach with upselling opportunities.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in Sales or Customer Support, ideally in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment;
*Strong B2B communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain
complex concepts clearly;
*Fluency in German (C1) and English;
*Customer-focused mindset with professionalism in handling complex cases;
*Experience with online payments or financial platforms is a plus;
*Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
