Bilingual Coordinator with German and English - NEW PROJECT
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone in a professional and timely manner;
- Become an expert on the company's products and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations;
- Assist customers with cases;
- Work closely with the logistics and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Job requirements:
- Fluent level of German and English;
- Excellent soft and organizational skills;
