BPO Sales Trainer with English

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – BPO Sales Trainer with English.

Responsibilities:
*Lead engaging onboarding sessions on products, tools, and client standards;
*Deliver impactful training programs that boost sales performance;
*Partner with Team Leads and Quality to drive targeted coaching initiatives;
*Identify skill gaps through floor observations and performance insights;
*Turn sales knowledge into practical, results-driven behaviors;
*Collaborate with Client Learning Partners to enhance training effectiveness;
*Contribute actively to continuous improvement within the Quality and Training process.

Qualifications:
*2+ years of experience in Training or Learning and Development;
*1+ year of hands-on sales experience (outbound, upselling, cross-selling, digital/ad sales);
*Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent;
*Confident presenter with excellent communication skills;
*Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer-centric approaches;
*Familiar with online advertising and digital sales environments;
*Fluency in English, comfortable working with e-learning tools and CRM systems.
