Our client operates in a large-scale services environment within the financial services domain, serving a broad customer base through standardized offerings. Structured reporting and portfolio oversight play a key role in supporting daily operations and management decisions, and they are currently looking for an experienced:
Business Analytics & Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead management reporting and ad-hoc business analyses supporting strategic and operational decisions;
- Coordinate budgeting, financial planning and performance tracking across products and initiatives;
- Oversee portfolio, customer behaviour, risk and profitability analyses;
- Define and govern KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency and regulatory alignment;
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, working closely with Risk, Finance and IT teams.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in business and/or risk analytics, including leadership exposure;
- Experience within consumer finance, lending or similar financial services environments;
- Strong command of BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and advanced SQL;
- Fluency in English is a must.
