Business Assistant
Our client is a leading company in the real estate sector in Bulgaria, with a diversified portfolio of activities including construction, investments, property transactions, and lending. The organization executes the highest volume of transactions on the market and maintains the broadest network of consultants in the country.
Due to the continuously growing volume of operations, we are looking for an organized and proactive Business Assistant to support the company’s business functions through the collection, consolidation and analysis of information, preparation of reports, presentations, and summaries, as well as coordination of various activities. The role requires strong data-handling skills, information structuring, effective communication, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for and collecting information from various sources;
- Consolidating, interpreting, and analyzing data/information;
- Preparing summaries, reports, and visualizations / structuring data;
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external purposes;
- Supporting business functions with administrative and organizational activities;
- Maintaining communication and coordination with all business departments and related companies within the group;
- Monitoring deadlines and priorities for ongoing projects and tasks;
Requirements:
- Higher education (Economics, Business Administration, or a related field);
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and organizational abilities;
- Experience working with data and analyses;
- Experience in administrative support;
- Very good command of MS Office;
- English language – excellent level (written and spoken);
