Business Intelligence Developer
Responsibilities
- Clean, structure, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
- Design and maintain data models that support fast, reliable, and scalable reporting.
- Develop and automate ETL/ELT workflows, including scheduling data refreshes and handling missing or inconsistent data.
- Create insightful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Snowflake to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including external APIs and internal systems, into centralized reporting platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to align data solutions with business needs.
- Monitor data quality and flag anomalies, working closely with Data Operations to resolve issues and improve pipeline reliability.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Analysis, Economics, Statistics, or another relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role as a BI Developer or Analyst.
- Proven experience with Tableau for designing and maintaining dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Experience with ETL automation and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehouse solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in validating and structuring raw data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial, Product, Engineering).
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing best practices.
- Fluent in English.
