Independently manage your assigned kitchen station
Lead and coordinate your team
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef
Take part in menu planning and design
Receive and control deliveries
Ensure high-quality food standards
Comply with hygiene and HACCP regulations
🎯 What We Expect:
Completed culinary education
Several years of experience in a fine dining or high-class kitchen
Good command of German
Solid knowledge of European / French cuisine
Creativity, responsibility, and independence
Understanding of HACCP standards
