For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Client
Care Associate with Serbian or Slovenian or Czech or Azerbaijani.
Responsibilities:
*Support users with their personal devices in a friendly and clear way;
*Communicate via chat, email, or phone to resolve issues promptly;
*Troubleshoot problems and ensure smooth, satisfying experiences;
*Keep records and follow up to make sure all is resolved;
*Work with your team to improve service and find quick solutions;
*Stay up to date on product changes to give helpful advice.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in Serbian, Slovenian, Czech, or Azerbaijani (C1), and good English (B2);
*Experience in customer or tech support is a plus;
*Problem-solving mindset and a friendly, customer-focused attitude;
*Clear communication and ability to explain tech in a simple way;
*Fast learner with basic tech skills;
*Team spirit, organization, and reliability.
