Our client is a fast-growing iGaming company, developing a comprehensive platform that allows businesses to create and manage their own gaming sites. The company provides technical solutions, licenses, integrations, and optional operational services like Customer Support, Risk Management, Payment Operations, Graphic Design, and CRM.
With 140+ professionals and over 60 international clients, the company is now expanding its CRM division and looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of the service and drive its growth.
The right person will lead and support the team in daily operations, enhance existing processes, and elevate the quality of the CRM service offered to clients. They will create tailored CRM strategies for clients across different markets and act as the face of the service, driving its development and long-term success.
CRM Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and execute CRM strategies across multiple brands;
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery;
– Set clear goals, track results, and optimize team performance;
– Monitor CRM metrics, improve CRM processes, and refine strategies for better outcomes;
– Own and continuously develop CRM practices and systems.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in CRM management within the iGaming industry;
– Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Fast Track or Smartico is a plus);
– Proven experience leading a team (5+ people);
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills;
– Proactive, strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
