About your next great opportunity:
As a Customer Succes Expert, you will manage post-sales customer relationships by driving onboarding and adoption of a cloud-based solution. Act as a trusted advisor, ensure regular client communication, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value.

- Develop new and retain the existing customer relationships.
- Good presentation skills and comfortable meeting with various customers on a regular basis.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands, acting as a point of contact, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Become an expert on our products and services, stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements.
- Contribute to providing feedback for product advancement.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick situational decisions.
- Solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- 1 to 3 years of direct and demonstrated customer success experience.
