Job Description

About your next great opportunity:

As a Customer Succes Expert, you will manage post-sales customer relationships by driving onboarding and adoption of a cloud-based solution. Act as a trusted advisor, ensure regular client communication, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness across multiple teams.
  • Develop new and retain the existing customer relationships.
  • Good presentation skills and comfortable meeting with various customers on a regular basis.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands, acting as a point of contact, and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Become an expert on our products and services, stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements. 
  • Contribute to providing feedback for product advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick situational decisions.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • 1 to 3 years of direct and demonstrated customer success experience.
