Our client is a software product company developing an innovative educational platform designed to support students from grades one through twelve across a wide range of subjects and disciplines. The platform aims not only to improve students’ understanding of learning materials, but more importantly to spark their interest, transform their learning habits, and ultimately foster a genuine passion for learning. Due to growing interest in the platform and an expanding customer base, the company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support both customer onboarding and account management.
The position is hybrid and based in Sofia and involves regular nationwide travel to customer sites (schools), especially during onboarding and the early stages of collaboration. Further details can be found below.
Customer Success Specialist (EdTech)
Responsibilities:
- Support customer onboarding and day-to-day use of the educational platform.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and resolve usage-related inquiries.
- Handle questions related to subscriptions, payments, and account access.
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collect and share structured customer feedback with internal teams.
- Collaborate with the product team on platform improvements and updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in education or EdTech (schools, educational platforms, training providers, or similar).
- Experience in a customer success, account management, or another client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with a user-focused, empathetic approach.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and support tools.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively in a hybrid startup environment.
- Valid driving license and an active driver.
- Fluency in English.
