As a Customer Support & Payment Operations Specialist you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, or phone
Assist customers with questions related to payments, bank transfers, and money transfers
Investigate and resolve transaction issues, delays, or discrepancies
Guide customers through payment processes and requirements
Communicate clearly about payment statuses, errors, and next steps
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of bank transfers, payment flows, and financial transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple way
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
No previous experience required
