As a Customer Support & Payment Operations Specialist you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, or phone 

  • Assist customers with questions related to payments, bank transfers, and money transfers 

  • Investigate and resolve transaction issues, delays, or discrepancies 

  • Guide customers through payment processes and requirements 

  • Communicate clearly about payment statuses, errors, and next steps 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English  

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 

  • Good understanding of bank transfers, payment flows, and financial transactions 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple way 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously 

  • No previous experience required
