Our client is an international digital health startup developing a breakthrough platform that enables homoeopathic practitioners to deliver personalised treatments digitally and globally. The platform allows practitioners to provide personalised homoeopathic support digitally, giving clients instant access to treatments wherever they are.
As they prepare for launch in several European markets, they are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing & Sales Manager to build their go-to-market engine, drive practitioner acquisition, and establish the brand from the ground up. More details here:


Digital Marketing & Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute B2B2C sales strategy: identify practitioners, conduct targeted outreach, nurture leads, and convert early adopters.
  • Plan and run multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, content, social, email) to attract practitioners and clients;
  • Manage and optimise the website end-to-end;
  • Develop commercial materials such as pitch decks, case studies, educational content, and testimonials;
  • Track marketing and sales KPIs, manage the CRM, run A/B tests, and continuously optimise performance using data insights.

Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing and/or sales experience with measurable impact on acquisition or revenue;
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian residency (required for operational and administrative compliance);
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach; confident working with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus);
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and operate without predefined process;
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, or affiliate programs (strong advantage);
  • Previous exposure to startups, B2B2C models, or subscription-based products is highly valued;
  • Interest in alternative health and natural medicine would be considered beneficial.
