Experienced Online Technical Sales Advisor with Dutch or German or French (Remote)

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Experienced Online Technical
Sales Advisor with Dutch or German or French (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Partner strategically with the Customer Cloud Sales Team to identify and qualify new
business opportunities;
*Conduct online meetings with sales representatives and B2B clients to explain product
implementation step by step;
*Identify, understand, and address customer technical objections during the sales process;
*Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients through a consultative sales approach;
*Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and usage;
*Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the customer journey;
*Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Online Technical Sales Advisor or in a similar B2B sales role;
*Experience in selling software, cloud solutions, or applications is highly valued;
*Strong consultative selling, presentation, and communication skills;
*Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner;
*Fluency in Dutch, German, or French (C1 level);
*Good command of English (B2 level);
*Ability to work effectively in a remote, international, and team-oriented environment.
