Experienced Payroll Specialist (Fixed Term)

For one of our clients – a global frontrunner in customer engagement, combining advanced contact center solutions with proficiency in CX strategy, AI, and analytics to create remarkable interactions, we are looking for – Experienced Payroll Specialist (Fixed Term).

Responsibilities:
*Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in full compliance with Bulgarian labour and tax laws;
*Ensure all payroll and timekeeping procedures meet company standards and local regulations;
*Prepare regular payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews;
*Act as a trusted advisor on payroll, tax, and employment law matters;
*Drive process improvements and share best practices within the payroll team.

Qualifications:
*Minimum 4 years of payroll experience in Bulgaria or a similarly complex country;
*Strong understanding of local labour, tax, and social security regulations;
*Skilled in Excel and confident using HR and finance systems;
*Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities;
*Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and integrity in all dealings.
