Field Sales Performance Auditor with German and English (Hybrid)

For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Field Sales Performance
Auditor with German and English.

Responsibilities:
*Own the tracking of sales incentives and ensure bonus calculations are accurate and timely;
*Keep Sales teams informed with clear, actionable updates on rewards and programs;
*Lead and design audit processes across departments to ensure smooth operations;
*Review and verify in-store and digital campaigns for accuracy, visibility, and impact;
*Dive into performance data, uncover insights, and share recommendations that drive results;
*Collaborate closely with Field Sales teams to align on goals, new launches, and promotions.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;
*Advanced Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;
*Experience in Sales, Commercial, or Business Support roles is a plus;
*Proven track record in audit planning and execution;
*Strong analytical mindset with a passion for tracking performance and KPIs;
*Ability to manage and present data across multiple teams in a clear, impactful way.
