The company is now seeking a confident and detail-driven professional to step into a key Financial Reporting Manager role, leading complex client engagements and driving high-quality financial reporting in a global, fast-paced environment.
Financial Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements for investment funds and financial services entities in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local standards
- Manage the full financial reporting cycle for multinational clients, collaborating with fund administrators, auditors, and investment managers
- Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality, timely outputs under tight deadlines
- Research technical accounting issues and provide clear, standards-aligned insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying and supporting future reporting needs
- Review and provide feedback on team members’ work to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Ensure high standards of clarity, structure, and presentation across financial reports
- Delegate tasks effectively and foster open communication to support strong team collaboration
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA (completed or in progress) is preferred, but not a must
- At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting
- Solid technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with a practical, commercially aware mindset
- Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive team player who enjoys mentoring others and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Fluent English
