What will you do?
You are the first point of contact for inquiries from our courier fleet. You manage employee data and
HR documents, and carry out-day-to-day operational tasks, related to the courier lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
● General knowledge and experience of HR Operations area
● Collects and processes information and documentation that supports HR policies and
procedures.
● Prepares all the contracts and documents needed, annexes, orders of terminations etc.
● Serves as a point of contact for employees.
● Tracks holiday leave application forms, sick certificates and termination requests etc.
● Completes Labour books.
● Provides information and cooperates with local and global departments, Country Manager,
Payroll specialists, external vendors.
● Provides reports for the purpose of payroll processing.
● Maintains personnel records.
● Maintains register of orders, register income and outgoing notes and documents.
Profile:
● Educational: College degree
● Foreign language: Fluent in Bulgarian and advanced English (written and spoken)
● Computer skills: Microsoft office, Google Drive
● Bring a helpful, service-minded, friendly, and supportive approach to collaborating with
colleagues and partners;
● Team working skills, communication, proactive approach, initiative, responsible, analytical
thinking, loyalty, emotional intelligence.
Our Offer:
● Term employment contract with a duration by the end of 2025 (with 6 months probation
period);
● Hybrid operating model 3 days office, 2 days home working;
● Flexible employment method - 4,6 or 8 working hours per day;
● 25 paid leave days
