For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – iGaming Studio General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the launch and operations of the live casino studio;
*Work with senior leaders to shape and execute local operational plans;
*Manage daily workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance;
*Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performing local team;
*Build a strong workplace culture that supports performance and well-being;
*Optimize staffing, training, and resource usage for peak performance;
*Control budgets and implement cost-effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements:
*Degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred);
*Solid leadership background in operations, preferably in iGaming;
*Hands-on experience with studio setup and regulatory compliance;
*Fluent in English, strong communication skills;
*Certifications like PMP or Six Sigma are a plus;
*Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
*Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
