Currently expanding, they are now looking to hire an IT Business Solution Analyst to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for IT Business Solution Analyst
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support and manage company-wide software implementation, migration and rollout projects
- Collaborate closely with IT development, business departments, and external service providers
- Design and enhance software solutions in an ERP or WebShop environment
- Set up, maintain, and manage interfaces to and from subsystems
- Provide second-level support to business units through consulting, analysis and troubleshooting
- Participate in IT-related projects as a Consultant/IT Coordinator
- Participate in on-call duty for troubleshooting IT systems
Candidate Profile for IT Business Solution Analyst
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in German is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Proficient in SQL programming
- Solid professional experience within an ERP environment, preferably INFOR, or experience in building and managing WebShop systems (Front- and Backend)
- Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and optimise complex business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player, with a flexible and structured work approach
