Are you passionate about delivering premium customer experiences?

TP Greece is proud to partner with Norton Motorcycles, a legendary name in the motorcycle industry. We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Experts to join our team and support Norton’s high-value customers worldwide.

In this role, you will handle customer care, capture feedback, nurture leads, and ensure every rider receives world-class service. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a flair for luxury service, this is your chance to represent one of the most iconic motorcycle brands in the world.


What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, following Norton’s standards and processes.
  • Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
  • Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
  • Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
  • Coordinate with Norton’s dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
  • Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, whether written or verbal.
  • Manage high-value customers and support them with a premium experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
  • Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.

What you will bring

  • Excellent Italian language skills.
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
  • Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
