Java Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Java;
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions for a large-scale, cloud-native platform;
- Ensure high code quality through clean design, code reviews, and automated testing;
- Work closely with product owners, UX and frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end features (integration-focused);
- Operate in a cloud-native environment, including deployment and troubleshooting in Kubernetes-based setups;
- Support continuous improvement across the full software lifecycle (build, release, run).
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- 3+ years of professional experience in a backend or Java engineering role;
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and backend API development (REST, service design, integration);
- Experience with automated testing and a strong focus on code quality and maintainability;
- Familiarity with cloud-native concepts; experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices is a plus;
- Willingness to collaborate directly with international clients, including occasional travel;
- Fluent English.
