JUNIOR: B2B Sales Executive (Fragrance & Cosmetics)

Are you eager to start your career in international sales and passionate about the beauty industry?
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and motivated individual to join our growing fragrance & cosmetics team. You'll learn how to manage B2B clients, work with global markets, and build long-term business relationships — all while representing premium beauty brands across Europe, the US, and Asia.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in identifying and acquiring new B2B clients (retailers, e-commerce, distributors)
- Support the full sales process – from prospecting to closing, with guidance and mentoring
- Represent top-tier fragrance & cosmetic brands in communication with partners
- Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and buying teams
- Keep client and sales information updated in ClickUp, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
- Communicate professionally via Gmail and WhatsApp with partners and suppliers
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English & Bulgarian (B2 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative
- Structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, ClickUp
➕ Bonus if you have:
- Previous internships or entry-level experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or cosmetics
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
- Additional languages (French, German, Italian, Arabic)
- Interest in the fragrance and cosmetics world
