Lead Full-Stack Developer (ReactJS & .Net) – Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team on requirements and make technical decisions at the application level.
- Take the lead in the design and deliver solutions within an Agile environment.
- Lead the processes of reengineering, design, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a technical SME in focus areas.
- Maintain high coding standards and code quality.
- Stay updated and share insights on new tools, tech, and industry standards.
- Identify and address inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks proactively.
Required Skills:
- At least 7 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience in a lead role.
- Solid grasp of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong ReactJS skills.
- Proficient in C# and .NET Core; experienced in building RESTful APIs.
- Unit testing and code quality best practices.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred).
- Familiar with Docker.
Nice to Have:
- Kubernetes and cloud (GCP or Azure).
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub).
