Are you an experienced Pâtissier / Cake Decorator ready to step into a leadership role in a high-quality artisan bakery?
Our client is offering an opportunity to lead a small pastry team in a busy retail bakery and restaurant known for craftsmanship, creativity, and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production while also taking ownership of planning, standards, and team leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading daily pastry and cake production in an artisan environment
Decorating pastries and bespoke celebration cakes to a high standard
Supervising and supporting a small pastry team
Managing stock, ordering ingredients, and controlling production levels
Working closely with the bakery team to plan output for retail, restaurant, and wholesale
What you’ll bring:
Proven professional experience as a Pâtissier / Cake Decorator (essential)
Experience in an artisan bakery or similar quality-driven setting
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent English communication skills
Formal pastry qualifications are a plus, but not required with the right experience
EU or Swiss passport (eligibility to work in Ireland is required)
