For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Live Support Specialist with
English or Turkish or Slovak or Icelandic or Irish (PTE/FTE).

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide live support to players via chat, phone, and video, ensuring a smooth gaming experience;
*Explain game rules clearly and assist users in understanding gameplay mechanics;
*Record live sessions or video demonstrations for training or quality purposes;
*Resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction;
*Identify trends in player inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes and game experience.

Requirements:
*Fluency in English, Turkish, Slovak, Icelandic, or Irish;
*Experience or interest in gaming and understanding of common gaming terminology;
*Ability to explain rules and procedures clearly to diverse audiences;
*Comfortable with on-camera interactions and creating short video recordings;
*Flexible, professional, and able to work full-time or part-time, including occasional weekend shifts.
