About this role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager Bulgaria to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our local B2C and B2B marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer and partner needs, and delivers content and campaigns that drive JET brand visibility and business growth..
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Strategy and Planning:
Lead the development and execution of the local marketing campaigns and calendar, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives.
Translate customer and partner insights into effective initiatives in collaboration with other Marketing stakeholders to drive high relevance and growth.
Campaign Execution and Management:
Implement and execute global and local marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer and partners engagement and JET brand visibility.
Plan, execute, and evaluate multi channel communications and activations, ensuring they align with brand positioning and market needs.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Track local performance against agreed KPIs and health metrics, optimising campaigns based on insights and sharing best practices.
Analyse local customer and partner opportunities, advocating for necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Act as a business partner and connector both globally and locally (B2C, B2B, Sales, CS, and Scoober), delivering effective and sustainable commercial strategies.
Manage the local marketing budget, including planning and tracking of BTL activities and utilisation of B2C and B2B voucher budgets, with global alignment on local needs.
What will you bring to the table?
Marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment
Strong commercial understanding
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Hands on and flexible approach, adapting to the rapid pace of business
Good collaboration skills with multiple internal and external parties
Planning and organisational skills for strong Project Management
Excellent writing and communication skills. Fluent in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken).
Good knowledge of digital channels
